9:30 AM - 9:40 AM: Break (10 minutes)

• Offer a short break for the candidate to refresh and recharge.

9:40 AM - 10:00 AM: Interview Segment 2

• Continue with the second segment of the interview, exploring problem-solving abilities and teamwork.

10:00 AM - 10:10 AM: Break (10 minutes)

• Provide another brief break to allow the candidate to manage physical or emotional needs.
