Mentra's onboarding process is designed to help you showcase your cognitive strengths to position you in a way that compels recruiters, and to clearly outline your cognitive preferences to ensure you find the best fit in your next employer.
Step 2
Find jobs that speak to you
Your dashboard is designed to show the best roles for you based on your answers during onboarding. View invitations from recruiters and your top recommended roles, or scroll through the list of Mentra partner employers to find a company that speaks to you.
Step 3
Get shortlisted
​Click “I’m Interested!” to notify recruiters that you’d like to interview for a specific role. You can also click “Apply” to submit your application directly to the company. The Mentra Talent Team shortlists a handful of applicants for each role and sends their profiles directly to the recruiter.
