We want to welcome you as a new Mentra advocate, we want to share our mission, vision, and values with you. In this session, we’ll share enablement options so you can advocate at whatever level makes sense for you.

Once trained, you’ll gain access to quarterly webinars to deepen your understanding of neurodiversity and learn the latest best practices for promoting neuroinclusion.

What is an Advocate?
A Neurodiversity Advocate is an individual committed to raising awareness and promoting understanding of neurodiversity and neuroinclusion within their networks. Advocates proudly identify as part of Mentra’s advocacy network and support our mission to create an inclusive job market for neurodivergent individuals.
What an Advocate is not
A Neurodiversity Advocate is not a spokesperson for Mentra. They don’t represent the organization officially or make statements on Mentra’s behalf. Advocates express their personal commitment to neurodiversity and neuroinclusion and use their voice to help raise awareness about these issues.
